Highway 39 Cafe & Lounge

We popped in this morning for breakfast. Egg on toast for me, Bacon bap for my daughter and a tea and a hot chocolate for the road! The staff were really friendly, and we were lucky enough to meet a young, handsome, regular who bought his first gallon of fuel there in 1948, for his motorbike! He was fabulous and we loved speaking to him, we also met another gent who politely held the door for my daughter - we had a nice chat with him too. The food was really nice - albeit just being breakfast basics, but they were cooked quickly, well, and with big smiles.... What's not to love??! Thankyou. We WILL pop in again!! xxx

Excellent Breakfast & Service at Highway 39, Otterham Station Stopped by for breakfast at Highway 39 in Otterham Station, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavor. The full English breakfast was perfectly done, with crispy bacon, tasty sausages, and eggs cooked just right. The coffee was top-notch, and the portions were generous. The service was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The staff made sure everything was perfect, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Whether you’re passing through or looking for a great breakfast spot in Cornwall, this place is highly recommended. Will definitely be back!

Lovely local food stop - highly recommended, clean plates all round. Just had breakfast with my 2 sons, the price was right, service fast, and everything spotless. If your passing you should check it out, clearly the food is locally sourced and better quality food Han most places. See you guys again :)

Went to Cornwall for a week and came across highway 39. Staff friendly, mega breakfast was amazing. The build your own breakfast is a great idea specially for kids who are picky. If you get the opportunity to pop in definitely do you wont regret it. It is also dog friendly so you can take the pooch along as well

Tried the new Highway 39 Cafe & Lounge out Otterham Station today & wasn't disappointed, I went for the mega which had some good quality local produce on it & cooked very well. The coffee was very nice & all served by the really friendly welcoming staff in a comfortable decorated cafe, well worth every penny & the trip out.

I'm a little fussy with my full English but I had the best full English in my life here! Everything was cooked to perfection, no slimy stuff on the fried eggs (I'm hugely put off my food if I see any uncooked bits on eggs), the fat on the bacon wasn't gristly or overcooked and the breakfast wasn't saturated in oil. The coffee here is better than some 'upscale' cafes. I would love to visit again when I'm in the area. Love the decor here too, a little example shown with the bulldog

Genuinely outstanding experience. Had a big father's day lunch & *everything* was excellent & every plate was cleared. Well cooked, generous proportions & honest, wholesome, unpretentious food with proper veggie options. Honestly blown away, wish I hadn't left it so long before visiting..

Fantastic dog friendly cafe. Great service and food, dogs loved there Would recommend and return.
